Home Safety Check
A quick walkthrough helps us spot safety risks in the home, such as tripping hazards, lack of grab bars, or unsafe appliance use, so we can suggest adjustments.
Social & Emotional Wellness
Our Care Manager begins with a thoughtful conversation to understand your loved one’s daily routines—what’s going smoothly and where extra support may be needed.
